燃气发电机组运行久了，火花塞、点火线圈、滤芯、机油这些易损件迟早要换。很多企业图省事，随便找通用件装上，结果机组功率下降、频繁停机，维修成本反而更高。配件选不对，比不换还伤机器。

After running the gas generator set for a long time, vulnerable parts such as spark plugs, ignition coils, filter elements, and engine oil will have to be replaced sooner or later. Many companies try to save time by simply installing universal components, resulting in a decrease in unit power, frequent shutdowns, and even higher maintenance costs. Choosing the wrong accessories is more damaging to the machine than not replacing them.

一、不同气源，配件要求不同

1、 Different gas sources require different accessories

烧沼气和烧天然气的机组，火花塞热值要求不一样。沼气含硫化氢，普通火花塞电腐蚀快，建议用耐腐蚀的铂金或铱金电。焦炉煤气氢含量高，点火系统负荷大，点火线圈和高压线要选耐高温、抗干扰的型号。瓦斯气机组则要关注防爆配件。同一个型号的配件，在不同气源下寿命可能差好几倍。

The spark plug heating value requirements for units that burn biogas and natural gas are different. Biogas contains hydrogen sulfide, and ordinary spark plug electrodes corrode quickly. Corrosion resistant platinum or iridium electrodes must be used. The hydrogen content of coke oven gas is high, and the ignition system load is large. The ignition coil and high-voltage wire should be selected with high temperature resistance and anti-interference models. For gas turbine units, special attention should be paid to explosion-proof accessories. The lifespan of accessories of the same model may differ several times under different gas sources.

二、滤芯别只看尺寸

2、 Filter element, don't just look at size

机油滤、空气滤、燃气滤，看着简单，实际差别很大。燃气滤芯要耐硫化氢和焦油腐蚀，普通滤纸几个月就烂了。空气滤芯在粉尘大的现场，过滤精度和容尘量直接决定更换频率。机油滤芯旁通阀开启压力不对，要么过滤失效，要么供油不足。这些参数要对着机组原厂要求配，不能只量个尺寸就下单。

Oil filter, air filter, and gas filter may seem simple, but in reality, there are significant differences. Gas filter cartridges need to be resistant to hydrogen sulfide and tar corrosion, as ordinary filter papers will rot within a few months. In dusty environments, the filtration accuracy and dust holding capacity of air filters directly determine the frequency of replacement. The opening pressure of the oil filter bypass valve is incorrect, either due to filtration failure or insufficient oil supply. These parameters need to be matched according to the requirements of the original factory of the unit, and orders cannot be placed just by measuring the size.

三、机油和冷却液是隐形杀手

3、 Engine oil and coolant are invisible killers

燃气机组对机油要求比柴油机高，总碱值、抗氧化性、抗硝化能力都要匹配。用错机油，缸内积碳、活塞环卡死、缸套腐蚀都会提前出现。冷却液也不是随便加水，防冻、防沸、防垢、防电化学腐蚀，缺一样都会缩短缸体寿命。

Gas turbines have higher requirements for engine oil than diesel engines, with matching total alkali value, oxidation resistance, and denitrification ability. Using the wrong engine oil can lead to premature accumulation of carbon in the cylinder, piston ring jamming, and cylinder liner corrosion. Coolant is not just about adding water casually. Antifreezing, anti boiling, anti scaling, and anti electrochemical corrosion can all shorten the life of the cylinder block.

四、备件库存怎么定

4、 How to determine spare parts inventory

关键易损件要有安全库存，比如火花塞、滤芯、点火线圈、传感器。但也不用囤太多，机油、滤芯有保质期，放久了性能下降。建议按机组数量和运行小时数，算出一个更换周期表，提前备货，避免停机等件。

Key vulnerable parts should have safety stock, such as spark plugs, filter cartridges, ignition coils, and sensors. But there's no need to stock up too much. Engine oil and filter cartridges have a shelf life, and their performance may decline over time. Suggest calculating a replacement cycle table based on the number of units and operating hours, stocking up in advance to avoid downtime and other issues.

五、选供应商看两点

5、 Choose a supplier and consider two points

一是能不能按你的气源和机型提供匹配的配件，而不是有什么卖什么。二是有没有技术指导能力，换件时参数怎么调、扭矩多少、间隙多大，这些细节决定换完能不能稳定运行。

One is whether it is possible to provide matching accessories according to your gas source and model, rather than selling whatever is available. The second is whether there is technical guidance ability, how to adjust parameters, torque, and clearance when replacing parts, these details determine whether stable operation can be achieved after replacement.

配件是机组的命门，选对了省钱，选错了烧钱。

Accessories are the lifeline of the unit, choosing the right one saves money, choosing the wrong one burns money.
