合金冶炼（硅铁、铬铁、镍铁、工业硅）出炉时伴生大量尾气，主要成分是 CO 50%~70%、H₂ 少量、N₂/CO₂ 占剩，热值不高但量大。过去很多厂点长明火烧掉，既浪费能源又排碳。合金尾气发电机组干的事，是把“炉口废气”变成厂用电。

When alloy smelting (ferrosilicon, ferrochrome, nickel iron, industrial silicon) is carried out, a large amount of tail gas is generated, mainly composed of CO 50%~70%, a small amount of H ₂, and residual N ₂/CO ₂. The calorific value is not high but the amount is extremely large. In the past, many factories were burned down, which not only wasted energy but also emitted carbon. The function of the alloy tail gas generator set is to convert the "furnace exhaust gas" into factory electricity.

一、和高炉煤气、天然气不是一回事​

1、 It's not the same thing as blast furnace gas and natural gas

天然气是 CH₄ 为主、好烧；合金尾气是 高 CO、低甲烷、含尘含焦油、压力低，直接套用天然气机必爆缸。机组要解决三件事：

Natural gas is mainly composed of CH4 and is easy to burn; Alloy exhaust gas is high in CO, low in methane, dusty and tar containing, and has low pressure. Directly using natural gas engines will inevitably cause cylinder explosion. The crew needs to solve three things:

防爆：CO 爆炸出众宽，混合系统、点火、排气管都要按可燃毒气设计；

Explosion proof: The CO explosion limit is wide, and the mixing system, ignition, and exhaust pipes must be designed according to flammable toxic gases;

净化：出炉气带粉尘、SiO₂ 微珠、焦油，不降温反吹就进机，活塞环三天卡死；

Purification: The exhaust gas carries dust, SiO ₂ microbeads, and tar, and is blown back into the machine without cooling down. The piston ring gets stuck for three days;

自适应：炉况一变，燃气热值波动，电控要大闭环调速+空燃比自修正。

Adaptive: When the furnace condition changes and the gas calorific value fluctuates, the electronic control needs to have a large closed-loop speed regulation and air-fuel ratio self correction.

二、技术路线怎么选​

2、 How to choose the technical route

中低热值燃气内燃机：非常常用，济柴环能这类厂做 500/700/1000 kW 级，配前置旋风+陶瓷滤+冷激塔；

Medium to low calorific value gas internal combustion engines: The most commonly used are 500/700/1000 kW grade engines from factories such as Jichai Huaneng, equipped with a pre cyclone, ceramic filter, and cooling tower;

若尾气量巨、压力稳，可考虑燃气轮机或 STG 余热发电，但投资门槛高；

If the exhaust volume is large and the pressure is stable, gas turbines or STG waste heat power generation can be considered, but the investment threshold is high;

别用沼气机硬改：沼气是 CH₄ 体系，合金尾气是 CO 体系，点火能量、火焰传播速度完全不同。

Don't use a biogas machine for hard modification: biogas is a CH ₄ system, while alloy exhaust is a CO system, with completely different ignition energy and flame propagation speed.

三、工程翻车高频点​

3、 High frequency point of engineering overturning

只算“发多少度”，不算净化电耗——风机、除尘、加压泵一开，净上网电打八折；

Only counting 'how much electricity is generated', not including purification power consumption - once the fan, dust removal, and booster pump are turned on, the net grid electricity is discounted by 20%;

忽略 CO 中毒风险，机房通风和泄漏报警按普通机房做，违反冶金燃气规范；

Neglecting the risk of CO poisoning, the ventilation and leakage alarm of the computer room should be carried out according to ordinary computer rooms, which violates metallurgical gas regulations;

炉况检修期气源断供，没配市电/储能无缝切换，机组频繁启停比一直跑还伤。

During the furnace maintenance period, the gas supply was cut off, and there was no seamless switch between mains power and energy storage. Frequent start stop of the unit was even more damaging than running continuously.

四、算账逻辑​

4、 Accounting logic

合金厂电价贵、炉气零成本，一套 3×1000 kW 尾气机组，省下基本电费+需量电费，再把原来烧火炬的碳排压下去，回本周期常比“买台新机”想象中短。真正难点不是发电，是把不稳定炉气稳成发动机肯吃的燃料。

Alloy factories have high electricity prices and zero furnace gas costs. A set of 3 × 1000 kW tail gas units saves on basic electricity bills and demand electricity bills, and then suppresses the carbon emissions from the original torch burning process. The payback period is often shorter than imagined by "buying a new machine". The real challenge is not power generation, but stabilizing unstable furnace gas into fuel that the engine is willing to consume.

合金尾气发电机组不是“燃气机换标签”，而是冶金工艺尾端的能源回收节点：前段净化敢不敢做重，决定后段机组活多久。

The alloy tail gas generator set is not a "gas engine label change", but an energy recovery node at the end of the metallurgical process: whether the front purification is heavy or not determines how long the rear unit will last.
