石油炼化、乙烯、重整、加氢装置伴生的炼化尾气，成分比沼气、瓦斯都“野”：H₂、CO、CH₄、C₂~C₄ 轻烃混在一起，还夹带 H₂S、苯系物、烯烃和少量氯/氮化合物。过去装置波动时直接进火炬，既排碳又烧钱。炼化尾气发电机组，就是把这块“不稳定可燃尾气”变成自用电的关键尾端。

The refining tail gas associated with petroleum refining, ethylene, reforming, and hydrogenation units has a "wild" composition compared to biogas and gas: H ₂, CO, CH ₄, C ₂~C ₄ light hydrocarbons are mixed together, and also carry H ₂ S, benzene derivatives, olefins, and a small amount of chlorine/nitrogen compounds. In the past, when the device fluctuated, it directly entered the torch, which not only emitted carbon but also burned money. The refining tail gas generator set is the key tail end that turns this "unstable combustible tail gas" into self use electricity.

一、先分“哪种炼化尾气”再谈机​

1、 Let's first discuss' which type of refining exhaust gas' and then talk about the machine

制氢解析气、PSA 驰放气：H₂ 高（40%~70%），火焰传播快、点火能量低，要走高氢燃气机或掺混缓冲；

Hydrogen production analysis gas and PSA release gas: high H ₂ (40%~70%), fast flame propagation, low ignition energy, requiring the use of high hydrogen gas engines or blending buffers;

重整装置尾气：富 CH₄+轻烃，热值高，接近天然气但带芳烃，进气要除液、除胶质；

Tail gas of reforming unit: rich in CH ₄+light hydrocarbons, high calorific value, close to natural gas but containing aromatic hydrocarbons, the inlet gas needs to be dehydrated and gelatinized;

延迟焦化/加氢低分气：含 H₂S、胺液夹带，不脱硫不除沫，火花塞和缸盖先废；

Delayed coking/hydrogenation low separation gas: containing H ₂ S and amine liquid carryover, without desulfurization or foam removal, spark plugs and cylinder heads are scrapped first;

橡胶/ABS/PO 装置尾气：含烯烃、苯乙烯，容易结焦，增压器和阀座得按“易聚合气”设计。

Rubber/ABS/PO device exhaust gas: containing olefins and styrene, prone to coking, the booster and valve seat should be designed according to "easy polymerization gas".

二、机组不是天然气机改个标​

2、 The unit is not a natural gas engine, please change the label

高氢燃气爆燃速度快，空燃比控制要毫秒级；轻烃重了又容易积碳。济柴环能这类做工业尾气的厂，通常走：前置洗涤脱硫→气液分离→稳压掺混→防爆电控→点火式燃气机。三段模块化设计的意义就在这：净化段、燃气调节段、发电段分开，装置工况一变，前面调阀后面不停机。

The detonation speed of high hydrogen gas is fast, and the air-fuel ratio control takes milliseconds; Light hydrocarbons are heavy and prone to carbon deposition. Jichai Huaneng and other factories that produce industrial exhaust gas usually follow the following steps: pre washing desulfurization → gas-liquid separation → stable pressure mixing → explosion-proof electronic control → ignition gas turbine. The significance of the three-stage modular design lies in this: the purification section, gas regulation section, and power generation section are separated, and once the operating conditions of the device change, the front regulating valve and the back do not stop.

三、工程里非常贵的不是机器，是“气源信任度”​

3、 The most expensive thing in engineering is not machines, but "gas source trust"

炼化装置开停工、切塔、再生时，尾气热值能半小时腰斩或翻倍。没缓冲气柜/掺混罐，机组只能降功或停机；没 H₂S 在线监测和甲烷当量计算，爆震保护和回火保护就是摆设。很多项目算回本时只算“满负荷 800kW×24h”，现场实际是“气来了抢着发、气变了人人怕”。

During the start-up, shutdown, tower cutting, and regeneration of the refining unit, the calorific value of the exhaust gas can be halved or doubled in half an hour. Without a buffer gas tank/mixing tank, the unit can only reduce power or shut down; Without H ₂ S online monitoring and methane equivalent calculation, detonation protection and tempering protection are just decorations. Many projects only calculate "full load 800kW x 24h" when calculating the cost, but in reality, the on-site situation is "rushing to start when the gas comes, and everyone is afraid when the gas changes".

四、算账逻辑​

4、 Accounting logic

炼厂电价贵、尾气零成本、火炬排放受控，一台 700/1000 kW 尾气机省的是基本电费+需量+碳配额；但建议把净化自用电、压缩机电耗、开停工零发期扣掉。真回本的项目，往往不是“机组效率高”，而是“前面气处理敢投入、后面并网/孤网逻辑清楚”。

Refinery electricity prices are expensive, tail gas costs are zero, and flare emissions are controlled. A 700/1000 kW tail gas turbine saves on basic electricity bills, demand, and carbon quotas; But it is necessary to deduct the purification self use electricity, compressor power consumption, and zero start stop period. A truly profitable project is often not about "high unit efficiency", but about "daring to invest in gas processing in the front and clear logic of grid connection/isolation in the back".

炼化尾气发电机组不是把燃气机挪到化工厂，而是把“炼厂工艺安全”和“发电经济性”焊在一起：气再野，只要净化段肯吃苦，发动机就能把废气压成电表读数。

The refining tail gas generator set does not move the gas engine to the chemical plant, but welds "refinery process safety" and "power generation economy" together: no matter how wild the gas is, as long as the purification section is willing to endure hardship, the engine can convert the exhaust gas into electricity meter readings.
